Surface Treatment

Precision Tech is a leader in precision surface treatment. We offer comprehensive technologies for stainless steel, iron-based alloys, and titanium components, including vibratory grinding, sandblasting, and polishing, meeting diverse customer requirements.

Vibratory grinding and magnetic polishing

Vibratory grinding efficiently removes burrs and achieves target surface roughness. Magnetic polishing is ideal for precision parts, especially complex geometries, delivering high-gloss finishes. With 30+ specialized machines, we optimize processes for any component.

Electroplating processes

Our electroplating workshop provides functional coatings tailored to operational environments. We excel in passivation, bluing, and blackening for steel components, even in small batches.

Heat treatment

We offer quenching, surface hardening, vacuum treatment, nitriding, plasma nitriding, and annealing. Select processes are performed in-house.

Blackening process

Custom blackening enhances surface hardness and aesthetics. Specialized in steel passivation, bluing, and blackening for functional durability.
